Located on the outskirts of Casteltodino, a two-story house, informal, cozy, quiet, large spaces with private porch/garden. Central to the main destinations. Endless walks (in Montecastrilli there is Big Bench Route/6 Big Bench). 3 double bedrooms (two with an additional bed), 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, fireplace. Free parking along Via De Gasperi. Suitable for people with limited mobility. In the village: supermarket, pharmacy, emporium, hardware store, bar. From June/September, municipal swimming pool (very nice) 3 km away. The space The house is very bright with spacious rooms. The house is cool and well ventilated. Two of the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In one of the rooms there is a ceiling fan. Other things to note The private garden is accessed by 4 steps. To enter the living area there is a step.
