You can walk straight from the parking lot into the vacation home consisting of 2 apartments – very comfortably and without detours. 2 apartments of approx. 60 m² await you Ground floor apartment → 2 bedrooms → 1 bathroom with walk-in shower → Dining room with well-equipped kitchen → Private terrace Upper floor apartment → 2 bedrooms → 1 bathroom with tub → Dining room with well-equipped kitchen → Private balcony Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea on the terrace and enjoy all the thoughtful amenities: → 4 comfortable double beds & 2 single beds → Smart TV in each bedroom → Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils → Free washing machine in the basement → Fresh towels and high-quality hotel-standard bed linens → Welcome set with coffee, tea and care products (shower gel, shampoo, etc.) Check-in & contact: Check-in is completely contactless via a key safe – you will receive all information in good time before your arrival. Even if I am not on site personally, I am always available for you – by email, phone or WA. I will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns. A lockable area for bicycles or skis is available for your equipment. A reserved parking space is right in front of the building, and additional public parking is available within walking distance. The location is ideal: → Public transport, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance → < 5 minutes to the Swiss border → < 5 minutes to the highway feeder → < 10 minutes to the Dornbirn Exhibition Center → < 20 minutes to the Bregenz Festival Security & privacy: All apartments use modern sensor technology from Minut, which only measures the noise level – without cameras, for a safe and pleasant living experience. Guest access Check-in & access Check-in is done in two easy steps: 1️⃣ Online self check-in: Guests must check in online before arrival. Upon completion, you will receive the code for the key safe box at the front door. 2️⃣ Check-in on site: Guests can check in to the apartment from 3:00 pm. Check out is possible until 10:00 am. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the terrace and basement with washing machine. Convenient parking is available right next to the building. Public transportation is also within walking distance. A safe storage area for bicycles or skis is available. Other things to note For your comfort, we provide you with high-quality bed linen and towels in the hotel standard - for an all-round pleasant feel-good experience. A small welcome package with coffee and tea will also be waiting for you to make you feel at home from the first moment.
