This is a home share! Enjoy a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, nearby grocery stores, diverse dining, and easy public transport to JFK, UBS Arena, and NYC. You will be staying in a spare room within my unit. I live full-time in this unit and will be present during your stay. You will be sharing communal spaces with me, including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I’m a very friendly, clean, and respectful host—just be clean and courteous, and let me know if you need anything! The space This is my family home! This is a spare room is set up only for 2, no guests allowed. AC equipped in the room along with pretty much everything else you’ll need to enjoy your stay with us! There are other rooms in the house on Air bnb so you may encounter other guests. Guest access Feel free to use the backyard, sit on the stoop out front, hang in the living room, use the kitchen, etc. just be mindful of your surroundings, and your volume level, and just clean up after yourself whenever you’re done. If you have any questions just ask. During your stay If you need anything the best way is to call or text me cell phone, this number will be posted on the fridge in the house. I will check on you but never bother you. I prefer to keep to myself.
