The stylish apartment has a large living/dining area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace. In the large garden there is a barbecue area and space for camping. The space The property is located in a house over 100 years old, which is still lovingly called the "Old Bakery" by the villagers. Enjoy authentic charm and absolute tranquility in scenic surroundings. The modernly furnished apartment combines a historic atmosphere with contemporary comfort and offers: Cozy living area. Fully equipped kitchen in a historic ambience. Comfortable bedrooms. Modern bathroom with shower and fresh towels. Location & surroundings Groß Behnitz is a small, quiet village. Shopping, restaurants and cafes can be found in nearby Nauen (approx. 10-minute drive). Berlin can be easily reached by car or public transport in about 30 minutes. Ideal for families or groups looking for peace and quiet but still want to be close to the big city. Special features Private parking is available right by the house. Family-friendly: crib and high chair available upon request. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Shared use of the spacious, 4,000 square meter property including barbecue area. Possibility of camping on request. We are happy to organize a mobile sauna for you on request via our cooperation partner. The price is about €80 per day, depending on the rental period and season. In addition, a security deposit of €100 is due. Please indicate your request in advance when booking. Since we only take over the organization for the provision of the sauna, we cannot guarantee availability. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house. Other things to note More than 9 guests are possible after consultation. There are additional costs of €20 per person per night. Fire and grill wood can be purchased from us for a fee. Grills and other outdoor items can of course be used, but should be handed over. Otherwise, there is a cleaning fee.
