Upstairs there are two double bedrooms , One over looking the front of the property the other with front and rear views. To the rear of the property is a small walled enclosed courtyard garden with small patio, gas fire pit , table and chairs under cover of a pergola for you to enjoy that evening meal or glass of wine . Ample metered parking in the town , on street and free parking directly in front of the property subject to availability . Bond Street is a secluded little street with only a few houses , very little through traffic past 7 pm yet only a 2 minute walk into the town , beach and promenade. An excellent location , you can enjoy live music , dinner and drinks from the bridge tavern and other local bars . A great location to access all the best places within the town. More adventurous activities like cycling , kayaking , sea fishing charters are all available on a daily hire basis. The Wicklow Mountains and Glendalough are all within a short distance too . Filming in the area is a regular occurrence with Wicklow town being a preferred area for local and international productions. Excellent local bus and rail links to Dublin and surrounding counties .
