Please ensure aircon is turned OFF each time you leave the property. It only takes a few minutes to cool the house on your return. Please do not set aircon lower than 22 degrees or they may freeze up especially if left on all day. Pets may be approved upon request. The yard is fully enclosed with standard fencing. As with most residential properties, there may be small ground-level variations beneath fence pailings. The yard is not designed to be escape-proof for small pets requiring zero ground clearance or kennel-style containment. Pets must be supervised at all times when outdoors and should not be left unattended in the yard. Guests are responsible for ensuring their pets cannot escape and for cleaning up after them. Please note that this property may not be suitable for pets requiring escape-proof fencing, constant outdoor containment, or specialised pet amenities.
