Vipava View Studio Apartment with private balcony

From our house, located on a hill on the outskirts of the village, you can look out over the beautiful valley and enjoy the peace and nature. The studio apartments are located in the Vipava Valley, close to the coast in the west of Slovenia. We renovated our dream house here and built two studio apartments in 2025. From your apartment, you can walk into the Natura2000 Trnovo area, but the village is also close for groceries or a drink. The space On the other side of our house are two studio apartments, both with their own entrance and a closed, private outdoor space. We live with our dog Sjaak on the other side. In addition, we have an orchard and garden with nice seats that everyone can use. Guest access Both studios have their own enclosed outdoor space. In addition, we have an orchard that everyone can use. We live with our dog in a closed part of our house. Other things to note On request, we can offer a self-service breakfast. In your own kitchen, we prepare tasty things for you for a simple breakfast. Think of eggs, yogurt, fruit, crackers, something tasty from the oven and toppings. This way you can decide what time you have breakfast! This breakfast costs €7.50 per person per night and can be paid at the accommodation. Please let us know in advance if you are interested in this. Please note: - Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. - As required by law, you will be registered as a tourist and the official tourist tax of €2.50/night will be charged at check-in.
