Even though this home is within a mile of the city limits for easy access to the stores, you feel so secluded! Take a walk down the private paved road under large oak trees! Enjoy the star gazing at night! Large home to gather with friends and/or family! But, please be mindful of no parties or large events. As of 12/5/23, wifi is in the home! Each room is huge! Tons of space to stay with friends and family! Master bedroom entails a king bed with a rollaway twin bed in the closet. Both guest bedrooms entail one full and one queen bed. The fun room in the back entails a futon. Enjoy sitting outside and enjoying the wildlife. Have a fire or star gaze or enjoy the lights under the gazebo. Or enjoy sitting in the theater seats in the living room to watch a movie. Country setting. Peaceful. Quiet. Overlooks a hayfield. We can be as much involved as wanted or little as involved as wanted. We are within ten minutes of Fanning Springs and Otter Springs. We are within 15 minutes of Hart Springs. We are within 20 minutes of Manatee Springs. We are within 40 minutes of Ginnie, Poe and Itchnetuckee Springs. Please be mindful of quiet time in the evenings and no large parties or events. You may turn on the lights under the gazebo and start a fire. Please turn the lights off once finished and make sure the fire is out. Enjoy!! We do NOT allow smoking in or close to the home which includes vaping. There is a designated smoking area at the gazebo. Also, we do NOT allow heavy cooking such as frying food. The master bathroom entails a large jacuzzi. This jacuzzi is out of order. Please do not enter or allow children to climb in. As of 12/5/23 wifi/fiber has finally reached our rural home! We now have wifi!
