Enjoy the friendly atmosphere and natural light that bathes this space. THE KITCHEN A fully equipped modern kitchen awaits you, facilitating the preparation of delicious meals. Equipment such as microwave, coffee machines (dolce gusto and coffee maker), kettle, toaster, washing machine/dryer, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, gas stove, pressure cooker, multifunction robot, frying pan, and much more, are at your disposal, ensuring practicality and comfort. THE BEDROOMS On the ground floor, enjoy a single-story life thanks to a bedroom with oak beams furnished with a double bed (dimensions 160 X 190) and a wardrobe, offering comfort and privacy. Upstairs, discover two carefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed (dimensions 160 X 190), offering comfort and privacy. The cabinets and dresser add a practical touch for a carefree stay. THE BATHROOM The ground floor bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, ensuring your comfort. Additional upstairs toilet adds to the convenience. THE PRIVATE TERRACE Enjoy fresh air on your private terrace, equipped with a picnic table and barbecue. We offer services and facilities appreciated by our guests: -> Water, electricity, and heating included (within the limit of 50 KW/day in winter). -> Accommodation tax included (€0.81 per person per day). -> Free Wi-Fi Internet: Stay connected with Wi-Fi internet access free throughout our gîte. -> Baby Kit: Travel light by booking free baby equipment such as beds, high chairs, bathtubs, and pots. -> Maintenance Kit: We take care of everything, with a complete maintenance kit at your disposal, including dishwashing products, dishwasher tablets, laundry, garbage bag, and toilet paper. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4- Additional Options for a Personalized Experience For even more comfort, opt for our cleaning service at the end of your stay or choose from our linen rental options. -> Linens and pillowcases are not included, but can be rented on-site for an additional fee, or you can bring your own linens and towels. (10 euros per person for linens and 5 euros per person for towels). -> End-of-stay cleaning fees are not included in the accommodation fee.
