Our house is located at the entrance to the medieval village of Montpezat de Quercy, a two-minute walk from the municipal swimming pool. Close to all shops pharmacy, nursing home restaurants, tobacco bar caterer, supermarket. Local farmers' market on Saturday mornings. The space Our house consists of two beautiful bedrooms with in each of them a very efficient and quiet ceiling fan. A cozy living area with a nice pellet stove and radiators that provide you with pleasant warmth, a dining area overlooking a beautiful, fully equipped open kitchen, and a terrace with a barbecue. The garden is very nice, with a swing and garden furniture. The house is located in a very quiet subdivision where you can park easily. The geographical location is ideal between two major cities of Art and History, Cahors and Montauban, close to many medieval villages of the Tarn et Garonne and the Lot. For lovers of walking or mountain biking, three marked hiking trails are accessible from the house and many other possibilities around (GR64, GR46...) Wine lovers, our village is nestled in the heart of the Quercy hillsides vineyard. A real cocagne country, with its melons, fruits and vegetables that you can buy directly from farmers or on the market. Art lovers, great exhibitions every summer.
