It has a first floor balcony with views of the gardens and cemetry. The well equipped oak beamed kitchen has an island worktop and bar stool seating. The lounge has a sofa and 2 armchairs, TV, fire surround with gas fire. To the ground floor is a twin bedroom and double bedroom . The shower room has an electric shower, WC and bidet. The space This is a true home from home. To the first floor the kitchen has gas hob with electric oven ,microwave and dishwasher. There is a fridge and seperate freezer. Also a washer. The light and airey lounge has a sofa and 2 armchairs clustered around a handsome fire surround with flame effect gas fire. There is a colour TV and well stocked floor to ceiling bookshelf. The terrace is accessed off the kitchen and has lovely views over the main residence gardens and St Michaels cemetry. To the ground floor are a large twin bedroom and second double bedroom ,both with wardrobes. The shower room has an electric shower,WC and bidet. All rooms are centrally heated and double glazed. There is guest parking to the side of Yarrow Cottage. The guest accommodation is attached to the owners main residence which all sit within private and secluded gardens. Guest access The 2 bedrooms each sleep 2 guests. A double sofa bed to the lounge sleeps an additional 2 guests so 6 in total.
