Step up the four stairs to the wrap-around decking, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Inside, enjoy a warm, inviting space with all the comforts of home. With on-site lakes, entertainment, dining, and activities, there’s something for everyone. Your perfect holiday starts here! The space Recently redecorated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom caravan with wrap-around decking. Central heating throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and filtered coffee machine. Cutlery, plates, cups and glasses for 4. Coffee and tea on arrival, (incase you've not been grocery shopping before arriving) Tea towels and paper towels, and cleaning products provided. The dining area has seating for 4. Cupboard housing cental heating, and vacuum cleaner. Bedroom 1 has double bed with bedding/linens, access to 2 of the 3 large wardrobes (hangers included) with draws, bedside cabinets and over head storage. USB port. An iron and hairdryer in the draw. Bedroom 2 has 2 narrow childs single beds (2ft 3"). The beds can be pushed together to make a double (let me know if this is your preference and I will make up the bed for you) again bedding for either singles or double provided. A single wardrobe with draws and over bed storage. The bathroom has plenty of storage and mirrors. There is a shower over the full-size bath. Please bring your own towels. The lounge has Wi-Fi. A 3 seater sofa bed (bedding included) and arm chair. TV with netflix included. There are book and boardgames for your use. Decking area has seating for 4 around a coffee table plus 2 extra chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Cushions for the seating are in the storage box. Please return to the box after use. Guest access key is in the keys safe, the code will be text to you on 1st day of your visit Other things to note It is our pleasure to welcome you to our caravan and we hope you have an amazing time. You can purchase passes to the venue and other amenities from reception at the main gate. Please be respectful of our property and of the neighbours. Enjoy yourselves but could you keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm as per our rental agreement on site, also there are young children around.
