The space On the first floor you will find the dining room (seats 8 people), the living room, half bathroom, the kitchen, and access to the back yard. Upstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is another full bathroom upstairs in the hall. 2 Rooms are Spacious and have televisions. The other two rooms are cute, smaller rooms and very suitable for children as well! In the backyard there is a NOT IN USE pool. This is the only off limit area. There is a private garage attached to the house to park 1-2 vehicles. Additionally there is free street parking. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please limit your noise level past 10 pm. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home, garage, and backyard. There is a NOT IN USE pool in the backyard that is off limits. Other things to note Parties are strictly prohibited. No smoking inside the home. No parties or unapproved/unauthorized guests. No campfires due to our insurance restrictions. Pets must be discussed beforehand with the host, we allow pets for a flat $75 dollar pet fee, and limit the amount of pets allowed. Unauthorized pets are not allowed. Please keep your pets off all furniture (besides dog beds). This allow us to remain pet friendly :) The best way to handle any accidental damages is to communicate directly with the hosts, we are very understanding.
