The residential unit consists of a holiday room with toilet / shower, living / sleeping area for 2 persons and a bathroom, bedroom for 2 persons with kitchen and living area. All rooms are on one floor and are only separated by a corridor. The equipment includes kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, stove, refrigerator and in addition in the living / sleeping area a mini kitchen. There are 3 TVs available. Parking spaces are directly at the house. There are sitting areas and barbecue areas in the outdoor areas. On request, you can borrow up to 4 e-bikes for a fee.
