The space The house built in 2017 is beautifully decorated with quality furniture, features 3 bedrooms each with ceiling fan and split air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. It has 2 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master offers a queen bed plus ensuite, the second bedroom another queen bed, and the third room with two bunk beds (doubles at the bottom, a single at the top) is the ideal room for your children to relax and have fun with the game console, after an adrenaline filled day on the water. There is an open-plan living space, with the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas designed for seamless interaction and flow. There is a large TV, separate bar fridge, and spacious seating area to relax or play one of the many board games. A large, covered deck featuring a modern barbecue provides elevated views of the village and the Stanley River, ideal for relaxation or entertaining on the comfortable 8 seater outdoor table. The kitchen is well-equipped with ample storage, an island bench and stylish breakfast bar, huge fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and a dishwasher. It has everything you might want to prepare delicious family meals or entertain family and friends. The house includes security features such as locks on all doors, windows, and screens, as well as an alarm system for peace of mind. Enjoy the landscaped, meticulously maintained gardens with built-in outdoor BBQ and pizza area, offering additional solid wooden seating and a separate table for your young ones.
