Downstairs, the gym; upstairs, the games room: French billiards, darts, table tennis, 2 PS5s, 2 Switches, an arcade basketball game and a ball pit for the little ones, all freely accessible. Per game: billiards and air hockey €2, foosball 50 cents — bring change. Fitness equipment is forbidden for those under 16. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. Pets not allowed. HOURS AND OPTIONS Check-in from 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 11:00 a.m. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. at no extra charge if the property is ready, after our confirmation. Check-in between 1pm and 3pm: €30. Before 1:00 pm: surcharge of 50% of the average nightly rate of the stay, excluding housekeeping and other surcharges. Any early check-in is upon request, subject to availability and after confirmation of the time by us. Late check-out until 4pm: €30, on request and after confirmation, only if the schedule allows and if there is no rental immediately afterwards.
