The space Immersed in the nature of the Euganean Hills, this charming rustic has been recently renovated with attention to detail to ensure a comfortable and unforgettable stay. The property has a beautiful newly built panoramic pool, sanitized with salt treatment. Access to the pool is shared with guests of another house on the same property, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The rustic is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher. On the same floor is also the bathroom with a shower and new sanitary ware. The bathroom is equipped with towels. On the first floor are the master bedroom and the single bedroom. The two bedrooms are divided by a wall without doors, so not completely separated. Bed linen included for guests. A baby crib is available upon request. The accommodation is air-conditioned for the summer and equipped with a pellet stove for the winter. Outside, a large garden, shared with the owners and the other property, is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a bench, and an umbrella. Free parking on the property.
