This historic Mansion was built in 1906. It has been a teachery, hospital, nursing home & personal residence. It has been recently restored to its original beauty. This home is 3 stories. It has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and multiple living spaces It is a fantastic home for a family reunion or gathering. There is space for both solitude and gathering for a big family dinner. Come and enjoy its old world charm in a safe neighborhood. Relax in the hot tub while enjoying the view. The space The ground level entrance will take you to the basement King size bedroom and living room. The basement King bedroom has a half bath attached to bedroom. This bedroom also has a crib. The main level of home can be accessed by stairs in the front which leads to the grand foyer entry. It can also be accessed from the back through the kitchen with no stairs. The main level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a community bathroom and laundry. The main level has a formal dining room with a table that seats 12, chefs kitchen and french doors to backyard. The hot tub is accessed through the main level bathroom/laundry area. The hot tub is shared with the guest house. You will access the stairs to go either up or down in the main level foyer area. The upstairs has a master bedroom with full bath. This full bath has a jetted tub, walk in shower, two vanities. The master bedroom also has its own private deck. There are four bedrooms on second level. Two have queen size beds, one has two twin beds, one has a single twin bed and a desk workspace. There is also a community bathroom on second level with clawfoot tub, toilet and sink. The second level has access to the roomy outdoor balcony with views of the mountains. This will be a great gathering place to enjoy your morning coffee. The garage has an EV charger for electric vehicle charging. Guest access The guests have access to the whole historic mansion. The garage is not available for parking but you may have access to the EV charger located on the guest house, if it is not being used firing your visit. The hot tub is shared with the guest house. Other things to note Please park in front circle driveway, but don't park north of the "no parking sign" so the neighbor can get out. Remove shoes in home. Hot tub towels are in laundry room. Please be respectful of 100 year old floors when coming in from hot tub, dry off before entering. Please be respectful as hot tub is shared space with guest house. Also be aware we are in a neighborhood where your neighbors are not on vacation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7 am. Please wash and dry all hot tub towels before your departure. We are a no smoking, no pet property. Hot tub cover should never be sat on; it should be carefully and fully removed for use and returned and buckled down after every use. The cover is several hundreds of dollars to replace. It will blow away if not secured. No glass in hot tub of any kind.
