This cottage is a tri-level cottage. The cottage has a vintage look with vintage kitchen cupboards, Marble top stands and dressers. The kitchen, living room & bathroom are on the main level and there is one bedroom upstairs and 1 downstairs. Please note the bedrooms are private, but there is no doors to lock. Please see the pictures to show you how it is laid out. The bathroom is equipped with a Tub/Shower combo. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a gas fireplace, you'll have everything you need for a fantastic stay. Our kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots & pans, stove & oven, plenty of cups & dishes, silverware and for both long or short stays. There is no cable TV available in our town. We have provided a flat screen that has Roku which gives you access to Free Amazon Prime and you can also add your own Netflex account number or other types of subscriptions. We supply a starter amount of toilet paper and paper towels. If you feel you will need more, please come prepared. The cottage is completely cleaned and All bedding is washed between guests. The cottage is in the woods and we have a totally private screened in porch to relax in and enjoy nature. There is a Gas BBQ grill available upon request only in the summer. Since this is in the woods, there is not an outdoor fireplace. We don't take any chances of sparks getting into the woods. We have a no pet policy as well as NO smoking policy in our cottages. If we see evidence of the policy being broken, there will be additional fees required for the damage and extra cleaning required. Guest access You will have the entire cottage to use, There is a back patio with a grill if you wish to cook outdoors. Enjoy the back screened in porch if you love the solitude of nature but not the bugs! Other things to note This cottage has a no pet policy and no smoking is allowed. Please honor our policies.
