Welcome to the River & Mountain View apartment, guest card included. If you are looking for a cozy apartment with great facilities, then you will be happy in this apartment! This charming and spacious apartment is part of a house with several apartments and offers enough space for 4 people. The furnishings offer a pleasant feel-good factor and the kitchen has everything you need on vacation. Enjoy the view of the river and the magical mountain landscape. The space The apartment is located in a building with several apartments. You enter the apartment on the top floor on the right and stand directly in the open entrance area. Directly to the right of the entrance is the bathroom with bathtub, next to it the cozy bedroom with queen-size bed (view of the mountains from the bed included) and built-in wardrobe. The rest of the apartment extends directly from the entrance area and has a spacious living room with open kitchen and large dining table (extendable if required). The gallery is built into the sloping roof of the living room and can be reached via a small ladder. The gallery is not actually used for lounging, but merely offers another cozy sleeping area for one person. From the gallery, you can catch a glimpse of the River Kander. The couch in the living room can be folded out and also offers a place to sleep. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains from the couch. We deliberately chose opaque curtains in the living room to ensure a deep and restful sleep on the couch or on the small gallery. The apartment also has a very spacious south-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy your coffee, have a meal or simply switch off. For sports enthusiasts, we have installed a punching bag in the living room. However, this can also be easily removed. Guest access The apartment consists of: 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with bathtub 1 open kitchen 1 open living room with sofa bed 1 small, open gallery in the living room with a mattress 1 Smart TV Other things to note Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and parties/events are not permitted. Please leave the accommodation in a tidy condition.
