Cosy villa, only 8 minutes walk from the ocean

Welcome to our home in Onsala! We are currently updating our photos after renovating most bedrooms, adding microcement to one bathroom, building a new terrace and improving the garden. Our home offers spacious areas for relaxing and socialising, indoors and outdoors, just an 8-minute walk from the sea. The large conservatory is perfect for long dinners and enjoying nature whatever the weather. The space The single-story villa consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with shower and bath). The kitchen and living room is one big unit and there is also an extra living room, perfect for children and youth to hang out and play x-box, talk, play games etc. We have also built a big extra room with glas ceiling and glas doors to be able to enjoy the light and nature a little bit longer. A great space to eat dinners and hang out. There are 6 beds in the house (3 double beds), as well as a large sofa that can comfortably sleep 2–3 people. We also have a small guest house on the property with a loft featuring a double bed and a sofa. If you are a larger group, this can also be rented for an additional fee. If needed, we can provide extra mattresses or comfortable, thick air mattresses. The house is spacious and works very well for two families, with extra sleeping arrangements easily added so that everyone has their own place to sleep. A great house to spend a lot of time together. The surroundings are beautiful with the ocean and nature close by, and still it is only 300 meter to the buss stop, 10 min by car to Kungsbacka and 30 min by car to Gothenburg. Guest access You will have the entire house and garden to yourselves. The garden is quite large and has a trampoline, football equipment and other outdoor toys. In the bike shed, you will also find bicycles, scooters, floorball goals, a Kubb game and more, which you are of course welcome to use. Bicycle helmets are available as well. Down by the sea, at Vickans swimming area, there is a tennis court, padel court and boules court. These can be booked through MATCHi. It is a wonderful place to play a game and then go for a swim afterwards. Buckets, spades, crab fishing lines and buckets are also available to take with you to the beach. We have also built a small guest house on the property, which can be added to your booking for an extra fee if you need more space. Please note that no one else will ever stay in the guest house while you are staying in the main house, so you will have the entire property completely to yourselves during your stay. There is also a small storage cottage on the property, but we use this to store some private belongings before guests arrive, so this building is not included in the rental. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included, both for indoor use and for the pool/beach. Cleaning is also included in the price, but we kindly ask that you leave the house tidy and in good condition. Welcome, and we hope you have a wonderful stay!
