Family Farmstay w/ Bathtub, Kitchen & Balcony

Built in 2024, this private two-storey house is part of Coco Happy Farm, our small family-run coconut farmstay. Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms, a balcony and one shared bathroom with hot shower and bathtub. Downstairs are a sofa bed, low dining area, full kitchen and washing machine. Maximum 6 guests. Fresh coconut and seasonal fruit are offered when available. Breakfast and other meals can be ordered separately from our family kitchen. The space Coco Happy Farm is a small, rustic, family-run farmstay on a working coconut farm in rural Lương Hòa. This private two-bedroom house offers clean comfort, a full kitchen, washing machine, balcony and one shared upstairs bathroom with hot shower and bathtub. Maximum capacity is 6 guests. Fresh coconut and seasonal fruit are offered when available. Guests can use bicycles freely and receive one complimentary guided village cycling experience during their stay; the regular route is about two hours. Thúy and our family kitchen prepare simple Vietnamese home-cooked meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered separately and depend on advance request. An optional paid evening river and firefly experience can also be arranged. Wild firefly sightings vary with natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Guest access Guests have full access to the private two-bedroom house and may explore the coconut farm and outdoor spaces. Bicycles are available freely, and guests receive one complimentary guided village cycling experience during the stay. Fresh coconut and seasonal fruit are offered when available. Meals and the cooking experience are prepared through Thúy and our family kitchen by advance request. We live nearby if you need anything, but your privacy is always respected.
