The space The house is spread over two floors. Upstairs, you'll find four spacious and bright bedrooms—ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples looking to unwind and disconnect. There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. On the ground floor, the cozy living room is connected to an open-plan kitchen, creating a warm and inviting space to cook, relax, and spend time together. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the comfort of a true home, far from the stress of everyday life. Guest access The property offers a private outdoor space with room to park 2 or 3 medium-sized cars. At the front of the house, there’s a south-facing porch equipped with a built-in barbecue and a chill-out area—perfect for enjoying relaxed afternoons or evenings with friends and family. At the back, you'll find a beautiful garden with views of the Cantabrian Sea, along with a spacious outdoor terrace fully furnished for your comfort. It’s an ideal spot to savor peaceful moments, meals, or simply the sea breeze. The garden also features a variety of fruit trees and green areas where you can take a leisurely walk, sunbathe, or just unwind while gazing at the ocean. Other things to note A supply of firewood will be provided for the barbecue and will be available for guest use. We also offer a paella set for up to 10 people, including a gas bottle and burner ring—perfect for enjoying a shared meal outdoors.
