Kitchen & dining The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxed breakfast, packed lunch or evening meal, with dining space for enjoying meals together. Sleeping The cottage has two bedrooms, including a comfortable double bedroom and a single bedroom, with additional sleeping space available in the living area. Fresh linen and towels are provided ready for your arrival. Bathroom Refresh after a day on the fells in the contemporary bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Toiletries and essentials are provided to make arriving and settling in easy. Guest access Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage throughout their stay, with self check-in allowing you to arrive at your convenience after the designated check-in time. Free private driveway parking is provided for one vehicle. On rare occasions, our neighbour may use the gravel driveway area to access the rear of their property. This does not affect your exclusive use or privacy within the cottage, but we like to make guests aware before arrival so there are no surprises. Other things to note The neighbourhood Leaf Tree Cottage is located in Little Clifton, a peaceful Cumbrian village ideally positioned for guests who want to explore more than one part of the region. Head east towards the western Lake District for dramatic fells, lakes, walking and cycling, with Whinlatter Forest and Buttermere among the area's highlights. Head west and you can explore the Cumbrian coastline and seaside towns. The cottage offers a quieter alternative to staying in the busiest Lake District tourist centres while keeping the western Lakes, Keswick, Cockermouth, Workington and the coast within easy reach by car. A car is recommended to make the most of the area.
