Allgäu Chalet Kaufbeuren Modern vacation home in Kaufbeuren in the beautiful Ostallgäu for up to 7 people, 3 separate bedrooms, hot tub with glass canopy, infrared sauna, fireplace, spacious parking, contactless check-in (key safe) The space Allgäu Chalet Kaufbeuren The modernly designed vacation home with a guaranteed feel-good atmosphere offers the living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher (tabs included) and coffee machine (first bean filling included) on the upper floor after the entrance with hallway and wardrobe. The centrally located wood-burning stove provides warmth and comfort even in the cold season. The pull-out couch invites you to linger and offers another sleeping option when occupied by 7 guests. There is also a bathroom with toilet and a storage room with a washing machine, which you can use free of charge. In the basement, a total of three bedrooms await you - two with double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a third, larger bedroom with a French bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) - including an infrared sauna, which you can use free of charge. From here you can also reach the lower terrace with a beautiful garden and covered hot tub. From June to August, this is included in the price. In the period from September to May, the use costs €10 per day (increased energy and cleaning costs). The amount is to be deposited in cash in the house. There is also a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower with extra rain shower and double sink as well as a TV on the lower floor. The entire house has underfloor heating and electric roller blinds. In the living area, a modern 58" flat-screen TV provides entertainment. High-speed Wi-Fi is of course free of charge. Our new vacation home was completed in March 2022. Some outdoor facilities still need to be finalized. Please note that there is no winter service at our house. Snow shovels are available.
