Environment with plenty of greenery and colorful birds that visit us daily. We have been hosting for 4 years in a quiet neighborhood. The newly built private suite features: a cabinet/kitchen sink with built-in filter, sandwich maker, coffee maker, 2-burner electric stove, minibar and basic items such as dishes, glasses and cutlery. Double bed, pillows, bedding, table, benches and fan. Garage: 1 uncovered parking space. Barbecue area. We have two dogs and a kitten on the property.
