Relax in this unique and peaceful home, offering spectacular views of the Potrerillos Reservoir and the Andes Mountains. Here, every comfort is provided to make your stay pleasant and special. Located on the northern shore of the Potrerillos Reservoir, our home is part of an exclusive private estate with direct access to the water. The space A Retreat in Nature The house blends seamlessly with the landscape, its contemporary design built with local materials. Large windows in every room frame breathtaking views of the reservoir and the mountains, allowing natural light and the surrounding scenery to become part of everyday life. This is an eco-friendly home, designed to exist in harmony with nature. The water comes from a natural spring high in the mountains, and both electricity and the water heater run on solar energy, making the most of the environment’s resources. The main living space is spacious and welcoming, featuring a living-dining area where the indoor fireplace becomes the heart of the home on cooler days. The kitchen, with its semi-integrated bar, opens into the main space, inviting shared moments while preparing meals without losing connection with the rest of the house. There are three bedrooms, each offering a peaceful atmosphere for rest. The master bedroom, with its super king bed (2x2m), private bathroom, and walk-in closet, extends onto a private deck—an intimate space for quiet moments. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds that can be joined to form a queen bed, adapting to different needs. A second bathroom with a full vanity area serves these rooms. Outside, the covered terrace is a space where time slows down. A large natural wood table invites long, shared meals, with a fully equipped barbecue area—including a grill, griddle, cast-iron cooking disc, and Tromen wood-fired oven—always ready to bring people together around the fire. Further out, a fire pit offers the perfect spot for nights under the open sky, where the flickering flames set the mood against the silent backdrop of the mountains. A little farther away, the swimming pool and deck seem to float in the landscape, offering a serene oasis. From here, the horizon unfolds in all its splendor, inviting relaxation and quiet contemplation. Other things to note Due to its remote location, the house is self-sustainable and generates its own energy through solar panels. For this reason, we encourage conscious use of electrical appliances. There is no air conditioning (unnecessary due to the climate) or high-consumption devices such as hairdryers or other similar electrical appliances. The water comes from a natural spring, is potable, and safe to drink. During winter, snowfall and low temperatures may cause the spring to freeze, potentially leading to partial interruptions in the water supply. However, the property has an additional water reserve to ensure availability.
