Home in Córdoba

I offer a room with 2 single beds. The room has a lock on the door, and the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Córdoba train and bus station. Only a 7-minute walk. From the house to the center it takes about 20 or 25 minutes to walk. By bus (house-center) approximately the same. But it's worth walking, Córdoba is very beautiful, the best in all of Spain, to get lost in its historic and magical streets. The space It is a house with a ground floor and first floor. Located in a quiet neighborhood of townhouses. The ground floor has a kitchen, a small dining room next to it, and 3 bedrooms. The tenant Jhoel is in the first door you will see as soon as you enter the house. There is also a small patio where there is a staircase to go up to the top floor, where I and my wife Celia live. Upstairs is the same: 3 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, terrace and shared bathroom for guests who book upstairs. Guest access The common areas are: the shared bathroom, the dining room and the kitchen. In the kitchen you can use: washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and utensils: such as plates, glasses, cutlery. 🚫Do not use the oven and burners for cooking. Cooking and using the burners is not allowed if you only book 1 or 2 nights. However, if you book more than 3 nights, 1 week or more days, you are allowed to cook, but not to use the oven. Please always clean up after yourself. During your stay You can contact me through the app and if you have already booked, you will have my mobile phone number. As a welcome, you can have a free coffee or latte in my restaurant: BAR TIRAQUEÑO, which is a short walk from the house. Just show us the house keys. And where, if you wish, you can also taste the typical dishes of Córdoba or also the traditional dishes of Bolivia. My wife cooks wonderfully. 😁 Other things to note 🚫 Do not use the oven and burners for cooking. 🚫 Quiet hours when resting: (11 pm to 7 am) 🚫 No pets, no parties, no smoking. ⚠️ WARNING: YOU HAVE TO CLIMB METAL STAIRS (spiral shape) with a width of approx. 60 cm. In case you have a lot of luggage, please keep this in mind.
