Rogue River Retreat

Nestled in the trees of the Rogue Valley, our peaceful 2,400 sq ft 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is perfect for a large family or family reunion! We are located 3 minutes from downtown Rogue River and 15 minutes from historic Grants Pass, with plenty of outdoor space, a completely fenced yard, and river views from the front or back deck. Fully equipped kitchen, including Nespresso maker. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs and include 2 bunk rooms (very kid friendly!) and two king rooms (1 master w/ensuite) The space Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen, half bath, livingroom, diningroom, and game room. All four bedrooms are located upstairs with two bunk rooms (1 w/2 beds, 1 w/3 beds), 1 king room with french doors), and 1 king master with ensuite. There is a front deck with propane firepit and a back deck with a sheltered sitting area and dining table. Taking either the gravel drive or the wooden steps from the back deck, you can make your way down to the cement drive with a basketball hoop and trampoline. We cannot allow any fires on the property either inside or out other than the propane firepit. Thank you! Guest access You have access to all areas of the property except the garage. There are no other tenants or residents on the property. Please do not park on the lower lawn as we have sprinkler heads that can be damaged. Other things to note NO fires except the propane fire pit! Cell service in the valley is really spotty...but wifi should be great! We DO have riverfront access across the highway, but the river is NOT swimmer friendly. Please use EXTREME caution when walking to the waters edge. The deck is free to use! Our property backs up to Bureau of Land Management land, ie. it’s wild. This means you will likely encounter the natural flora and fauna of the area. During the hottest and stormiest months of the year our area experiences the occasional power outage. We have medium-sized backup battery system that can be used until the power is restored (lights, tvs, fridge but no HVAC). Generally, electrical power returns withing a 12 hour window.
