Enjoy with family or friends this large country house on the edge of a wood, recently renovated. Fully fenced garden. Our four-legged friends are welcome. The house is 20min from Bergerac, and 3min from the Bordeaux interchange (1h) - Périgueux (30min). Come and discover Périgord with its many tourist sites and exceptional gastronomy. We offer optional rental of sheets and towels upon request, for an extra charge. The space On the ground floor you will find: an equipped kitchen with dining room, a large living room with sofa/TV and a parents' area with a 140 x 190 bed and a baby bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate from the bedroom. Upstairs: a mezzanine with 120 x 140 sofa bed, a bedroom with 140 x 190 bed, and a large bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a trundle bed (2 90 x 190 beds) and a 90 x 190 bed, a separate BA and toilet. You can enjoy the fully fenced garden as well as the terrace with the barbecue, ping pong table and swing. Our four-legged friends are welcome! Free Wi-Fi throughout the house. On site parking. We offer the option of renting sheets and towels on request, for an extra charge. Stays longer than 30 days are allowed out of season, and a special discount will be granted.
