The pool is heated by a heat pump and a thermal blanket, and set to an approximate temperature of 25°C, which is considered the standard temperature for heated pools. Please note that a heated pool does not amount to a hot tub - the water remains acclimated, not hot. For security, adverse weather conditions or maintenance needs, the property reserves the right to limit or temporarily suspend the use of the pool. During your stay The owners of the establishment live on the ground floor of the building, and the manager, Kathrin, will be available at any time by phone or message to resolve any issues. Other things to note The pool is not fenced, and guests with children must fill out a pool rules acceptance form. Oasis Tenerife Rentals is designed for families, couples and friends looking to rest and enjoy a quiet vacation, so it is strictly forbidden to make noise during the quiet hours, which are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. If the booking is for 4 adults or more, or includes 2 or more rooms, you will be informed after completing the booking of any applicable security deposits and deposits. For bookings of 2 rooms or more, a supplement of €100 per night and per room will be applied.
