THANK YOU! Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 7500 sq ft estate, including the house, fully fenced backyard, hot tub, and all entertainment areas. Self check-in is simple and convenient with a keypad. Your unique access code will be provided 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. We are committed to ensuring you have a comfortable and seamless stay. While you will have complete privacy, our guest support team is available 24/7 to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your visit. Other things to note NOTE: 1. Must be 25+ to book. 2. Please review house rules. Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and submit a $500 security hold (processed via OwnerRez). The hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after checkout if no damages. 3. Strict cancellation policy for Derby & Bourbon & Beyond dates. 4. No unapproved visitors. 5. Exterior cameras only (front parking area). No interior or backyard cameras. 6. No early check-ins/late check-outs for same-day turns. 7. When available: Early CI/Late CO = $100 (up to 2 hrs), $250 (2–4 hrs), or full night rate (4+ hrs). 8. For non-Airbnb bookings, cancellations incur a 3% Stripe processing fee.
