PLEASE NOTE: Recycling and trash collection is on-site and handled by owners. The Lakeside Serenity Retreat has a strict NO SMOKING policy anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Your happiness and comfort are important to us. If you enjoy smoking, there are plenty areas to smoke around the lake. Airbnb permits a fine of $200 each booked day, which we will apply if our policy is violated. We are happy to provide further clarification before your booking. You will have a keycard that will provide you access to all community amenities including gym, two pools, pickle-ball courts, tennis courts, billiards room.
