The space At Rocky Branch Ranch, you will have access to: * Full kitchen, all appliances included, as well as dishwasher * High chair, and Pack N Play * Keurig/coffee pot with Complimentary coffee and Keurig pods * Master bedroom includes Queen size bed and access to bathroom. * Bedroom 2 is an open loft with 1 queen bed and a Full bed, as well as 4 pull out foam floor mattresses * 2 Spacious bathrooms with a walk in shower, Jacuzzi bathtub on main floor * 2 flat- screen televisions * Washer & dryer * WiFi * Relaxing sun-room with table and chairs * Beautiful back porch, with seating and personal lake view * Fire pit area with seating * Finished basement, with pool table great for game night or relaxing Other things to note Please be aware that this property is an active ranch, with ranch personnel undertaking their daily responsibilities. They will occasionally need to drive on property. This will not interfere with your stay at Rocky Branch Ranch. *No animals allowed There will be a fee charged if animals are found on the premises.
