You are looking for a relaxing getaway, a voyage of discovery, or simply a stopover on your holiday journey, this small stone house—renovated in 2025—is the perfect spot in a typical Burgundian village. It is THE place to slow down, savor the Burgundian art of living, and unplug : -> 2 hours from Lyon -> 3 hours from Paris -> 25 minutes from Beaune, Autun, and Pouilly-en-Auxois -> 35 minutes from Dijon and Chalon-sur-Saône The space We have completely renovated this stone house in our old 1839 farmhouse to create "L’Ouche d’Athéna", our quiet, cozy and welcoming cottage for two. Upon arrival, you can park your vehicle free of charge at the cottage. You enter through the terrace into the living area (open-plan kitchen and living room) with a view of the private garden surrounding the cottage. The bathroom is located next door. The stairs lead to the mezzanine bedroom on the first floor. The cottage is non-smoking and is not equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Guest access Ground-floor access with bedroom on first floor. The cottage, its parking, garden and terrace are dedicated to you. Other things to note We offer free parking in a safe closed secured area for your bikes. We can provide a "raclette" and "fondue bourguignonne" machine free of charge. We provide all linens, household products and toilet paper.
