New cozy apartment in Gulfhof

Welcome to Peerstall, our cozy apartment in the heart of East Frisia! In the middle of hedgerows is our Gulfhof from 1914, which we have renovated in an energy-efficient way in recent years. We have converted part of the barn into a spacious apartment, which is located on the ground floor and has its own access. Stylistically a mix of new and old, the apartment offers all modern comforts that ensure an all-around relaxing vacation. The space The 75 m² apartment consists of a spacious living and dining room including a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a larger bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a smaller bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and bathroom incl. washing machine and large walk-in shower. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove with hood and oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dishes and cutlery. The use of bed linen and towels is included. There is satellite TV (UHD TV 43 inches) and fast Wi-Fi. A car parking space and storage facilities for bicycles are provided. The apartment also has its own large terrace with a barbecue, from which you can look over fields and hedgerows. If needed we can provide a baby travel bed and high chair. The entire Gulfhof has been extensively renovated and expanded to be energy efficient. On sunny days we get the electricity from our solar system, on cold days it is pleasantly warm inside thanks to a powerful geothermal heat pump and insulation. Other things to note Our Gulfhof is located in the picturesque village of Felde, a district of Großefehn. The special feature of the fen and hedgerow landscape gives the surroundings a unique charm and invites you to take relaxing walks and bike tours. In the surrounding area you will find a variety of excursions, restaurants and shopping. The district towns of Aurich and Leer with other shopping and leisure facilities are within 20 or 30 minutes away. The North Sea is also only about 35 kilometers away and therefore easily accessible.
