We are located a 10 minute walk from New Forest, with ponies/donkeys roaming free. Five minute drive to Beaulieu home of National Motor Museum. Walk along Beaulieu River to ancient shipbuilding village/museum at Bucklers Hard. Calshot Activity Centre 5 min drive away, water sports, dry ski slopes, climbing walls. The space Old Forge annex has its own separate front door entrance - lovely bright space inside and seats outside on the decking area where you can relax in the garden. This is an annex with shower room, bedroom area with double bed, American style kitchen and lounge with large comfy sofa. Free WiFi throughout. French doors from the lounge lead to your decking area. Kitchen has plenty of workspace, a fridge freezer, combi microwave/ induction hobs and kitchen equipment. Bedroom has a large chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Large shower base, washing machine in shower room. Gas centrally heated, and well insulated. If Contractor - price shown is negotiable depending on Contractors' length of stay each week. Price agreed includes a fortnightly clean and bedding change. Parking during the day is nearby, a short walk - parking available in drive of property at night only. This annex is not to be used as a permanent home and is suitable for 1 contractor or 2 guests.
