Lulu's place, comfort and tranquility

The cottage "Chez Lulu" is 10km from Amiens (80) with all amenities. This house located on a fenced and wooded plot is ideal for dropping off your luggage for one or more nights, with family, friends or during your business trips. The grounds allow parking of the vehicle. The house is equipped with a large living room, 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, a workspace, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. The space On the ground floor: - photo bedroom 1, a 160 x 200 cm bed - photo living room, a 140 x 190 sofa bed 1 toilet and 1 bathroom Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: - photo bedroom 3, one 140 x 200 bed - photo bedroom 4, 2 beds of 90x190 cm One bathroom A toilet Workspace On the mezzanine: attic (photo bedroom 2) a 110 x 190 bed The beds are made for your arrival. At the end of the stay, you are asked to remove the sheets and gather them in front of the washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a traditional filter coffee maker and kettle. My husband and I are fans of gardening and green spaces. Over the months and seasons, fruit trees and vegetables flourish on the garden side. We ask guests to respect the plantations. At some point, it will be possible to meet during the harvest or the watering session. Guest access 2 bikes are ready! They are not very new but allow travel in the village. Other things to note The welcome guide lists all the services in the village. In the municipality you will find children's play structures, petanque court and multi-sport courts. For barbecues: utensils are provided (tongs, grill) but charcoal and firelighters are not provided and must therefore be brought by you. At the end of the stay, guests are asked to leave the house in its original condition, i.e. clean and tidy (dishes and kitchen tidy, courtesy cleaning). And to respect the accommodation as much as their own.  The gite is non-smoking, ashtrays are available for outdoor use only. No pets are allowed inside the gite. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. It is not possible to organize parties and other events.
