The cottage "Chez Lulu" is 10km from Amiens (80) with all amenities. This house located on a fenced and wooded plot is ideal for dropping off your luggage for one or more nights, with family, friends or during your business trips. The grounds allow parking of the vehicle. The house is equipped with a large living room, 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, a workspace, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. The space On the ground floor: - photo bedroom 1, a 160x200 bed - living room photo, a 140x190 convertible bed 1 toilet and a bathroom Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: - photo bedroom 3, a 140x200 bed - photo bedroom 4, 2 beds of 90x190 One bathroom A toilet The workspace On the mezzanine: attic (photo bedroom 2) a 110x190 bed The beds are made for your arrival. At the end of the stay, you are asked to remove the sheets and gather them in front of the washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a traditional filter coffee maker, a Senseo machine, and a kettle. My husband and I are fans of gardening and green spaces. Over the months and seasons, fruit trees and vegetables flourish in the garden. We ask that guests respect the plantations At certain times, it will be possible to meet during the harvest or during the watering session. Guest access 2 bikes are ready! They are not the newest but allow travel in the village. Pets are allowed, but under certain conditions: access to the upstairs area, bedrooms, and sofas is prohibited. Other things to note The welcome guide lists all the services in the village. In the municipality you will find children's play structures, petanque court and multisport courts. For barbecues: utensils are available (clamp, grill) on the other hand charcoal and fire lighters are not provided and will therefore need to be brought by you. At the end of the stay, guests are asked to leave the house in its original condition, i.e. clean and tidy (dishes and kitchen tidy, courtesy cleaning). And to respect the space as much as their own.  The cottage is non-smoking, ashtrays are available for outdoor use only. Thank you for respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood. Parties and other events cannot be organized.
