The space Our newly built 'Cosy Lookout' apartment is nestled at the side of our compound and has its own private garden and patio overlooking the golf course. You enter to the main lounge and kitchen area with ceiling fan, corner seating that is equal to the size of two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for your stay. There is a separate wet room area with power shower, WC and vanity. The separate bedroom offers a double bed, good size wardrobe, bedsides, USB charges etc. The room also has a 32'' Smart TV, ceiling fan and air conditioner which can be used to cool the entire space. The bedroom opens up to a private patio area and garden with a great golf course view. You can walk straight out onto the golf course from your garden. There is private off road parking for your vehicle in front of the unit. Our compound is very secure being walled and fenced with CCTV and an electric gate. Use of the swimming pool at set hours. We have arranged discounts on most popular local tours for our guests these include shark diving, river tubing, boat trips, buggy and waterfall tours and more! WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON. Guest access Our rental unit is independent with its own private fenced garden. There is a dedicated parking spot inside the secure compound. Guests have access through the main gate at the front as well as a separate gate at the back going directly onto the 18th tee of the golf course. We are a 10 minute walk from the main Queens road in Pacific Harbour or just a few minutes drive. Please use the map on this site to identify our location. Other things to note The beach, resorts and shops etc are within a 10 minute walk of the property. The golf course is just 10 metres from the property.
