The space The property was designed and built by the owner/architect. The property is constructed of highly insulated prefabricated floor, wall and roof panels. The home and Casita feature many environmentally sensitive technologies including tankless water heater, dual paned windows and LED lighting. Guest access Deck with fireplace. Carport for one car. Other things to note Located in a floodway, the Casita is raised above the desert floor (about four feet). A small stairway connects you to the deck and Casita entrance. Railings for the deck and Casita do not meet current building codes. It is not advised to bring small children on to the property. The property is not wheel chair accessible.
