We have a beautiful enclosed front porch and a fenced in backyard to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature around you in privacy. Guests enjoy the local ski resorts, golf courses, hiking, fishing, boating, kayaking, and other outdoor adventures. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, dresser Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet, dresser Guest Bedroom 2: Full bed with smart TV with streaming capabilities. Full Bath 2: shower KITCHEN AND LIVING AREAS *The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook if you prefer to stay in rather than eating at one of the many fabulous local dining establishments. *All major appliances available. *Keurig coffee maker - bring your own K cups *Smart TV located in living room with Amazon Firestick capable of streaming your favorite shows and movies. OUTDOORS: Enclosed Front Porch: Dining table with seating for four. Additional conversation seating for four. Back Yard: Fenced in backyard with four Adirondack chairs and a wood burning firepit. Check local burn restrictions before using the firepit. Some firewood is supplied. You are welcome to bring your own or pick some up locally at a nearby store/gas station. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage with the exception of a locked owner's closet. Other things to note *Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from booking platform. *This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug-free unit and is limited to 6 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees. *Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the home. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens. *A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack. *There is a washer/dryer available for your use in the unit. Please plan to bring your own detergent. *There is a front yard camera active on the property facing outward toward the driveway. Camera is motion activated and records both video and audio. Any tampering with the camera including covering, blocking, or disabling it is terms for immediate termination of your reservation. *Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental. *There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
