Hi there, and welcome home! This is a cozy, yet spacious 2/1 house, with a great living room (awesome couch!), and bedrooms each with lovely Zinus Green Tea mattresses. Washer and dryer in the basement. This house provides plenty of space for two guests. Just a hop and a skip away from downtown Dayton and its restaurants and shopping. We do our utmost to reply within 12 hours. Our check-in time of 4pm is flexible; if our cleaning team finishes early, you can have early access! Thanks so much!
