Cozy apartment with a short distance to the city center and Moldemarka with many hiking trails to both mountain peaks with panoramic views and easier terrain. 5 min drive to the city center Bus stop right outside the apartment. Night bus on weekends and during the Jazz Festival. Free parking. Bedroom 1: bed 150 cm wide Bedroom 2: bed 150 cm wide There is only a wardrobe in one bedroom that is available Guest access Wardrobe available in one bedroom. Other things to note There is a house cat 🐈‍⬛ living here, which will not be at home when you arrive. Unless otherwise agreed The following rules apply: - No animals - No smoking - No partying and loud noise/music (quiet from 10 pm) - treat my home nicely and be considerate of the neighbors. This must be done at check-out: - Garbage is thrown in bins outside on top of stairs (there is source sorting) - bed linen and towels are to be placed in the washing machine - the dishwasher must be turned on - Kitchen and bathroom must be tidy and clean at check-out - Vacuum cleaner is in the cabinet in the laundry room - Windows and doors must be locked when you are away from the apartment and at check-out
