Cozy apartment with short distance to the city center and Moldemarka with many hiking trails to both mountain peaks with panoramic views and simpler terrain. 5 min drive to city center Bus stop just outside of the apartment. Night bus on weekends and during Jazz Festival. Free parking. 1st bedroom: bed 150cm wide Bedroom 2: bed 150cm wide There is only closet in one bedroom available Guest access Wardrobe available in one bedroom. Other things to note On a daily basis, there is 🐈‍⬛ a pussy cat who will not be home when you arrive. Unless otherwise agreed The following rules apply: - No animals - No smoking - No partying and loud noise / music (quiet from 10 pm) - please treat my home nicely and consider the neighbors. What to do at checkout: - Garbage is thrown in cans outside on top of stairs (there is recycling) - beddings and towels are placed in the washing machine - Dishwasher should be turned on - Kitchen and bathroom at checkout should be tidy and clean - Vacuum cleaner can be found in the closet in the laundry room - Windows and doors should be locked when you are away from the apartment and at checkout
