Other things to note This home is in a quiet neighborhood we we ask you to be respectful to the neighbors. Please drive up and down the street slowly We require a photo in your profile to book. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have security cameras on site (outside front of house) and can see if people outside your group come into the house. This will result in the immediate cancelation of your reservation with no refund. Do not tamper with or cover cameras. We run on septic, so please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else down the toilet. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come to make repairs. Please message us with the number of guests you are bringing, a little about you and your guests, and the purpose of your visit. If you use the dryer, please clean out the lint trap. As a new listing, we value your feedback, so feel free to message us with any reasonable requests, and we'll gladly accommodate them.
