The space The well provides all the water for the house and is filtered with carbon and softened. Reverse osmosis filtration delivers filtered water to both the kitchen sink and the refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a large, two-door refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, a microwave, a toaster, and a toaster oven, in addition to all the necessary utensils. The large kitchen island provides seating, which is perfect for socializing with friends and family, or casual dining. Sliding doors in the kitchen lead to a spacious deck equipped with a 65-inch TV, patio furniture, a BBQ, and a saltwater hot tub. The inground saltwater heated pool is open from May through October, weather permitting. A large gazebo by the pool provides shade for guests, and the pool is also equipped with propane deck heaters for cool evenings. The 1.5-acre yard includes a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.
