Unwind at our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom lake house, perched right on the serene waters of Lake Zoar. Prepare to be captivated by breathtaking water views from our spacious double tier deck, perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Direct lake access awaits, with a private beach area ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Explore the lake with our provided paddle boat, or venture to the unique sandbar for a truly memorable experience. Inside, you'll find a comfortable and stylish retreat. The home features three cozy bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area. Enjoy modern amenities like central AC and a convenient laundry room. Indoor towels will be provided only, owner recommends guest bring beach towels and floatation products (i.e. tubes, floaties, life vests etc...). When using the paddle boat, all riders must wear life vests. Guest access Your lake adventure awaits! Enjoy the entire house, beach area, and sprawling yards—perfect for soaking up the sun. Please note the garden, motorboat jet ski and dock belong to the owner and are off-limits for everyone. Head down to the beach area and take the paddle boat for a spin—a delightful way to explore the lake. Just remember to weare a life vest when using the paddle boat and re-secure it to the orange posts after your adventure! ***GUESTS MUST PARK ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY ONLY, THE LEFT SIDE IS RESERVED FOR THE OWNER AND HIS BOAT GUESTS AS HE MAY USE HIS BOAT AND JETSKI DURING YOUR STAY. OWNER AND HIS GUESTS WILL NOT HAVE INDOOR ACCESS TO THE HOUSE DURING YOUR STAY.*** Other things to note Guests are responsible for any missing towels, sheets or broken dishes, glasses and silverware. A charge of $25 per item will be added if missing or broken if not replaced by Guest. ***Exterior Property is monitored and recorded 24 hrs by exterior cameras in front and back of house for your protection. There is no internal cameras or monitoring.***
