You will live here in the middle of the historic old town of Eisenach (2 minutes to the Luther or Bach house). You have 30 minutes to Wartburg. Numerous restaurants and bars are available to you, a bakery is five houses away. The house was built in 1868 by the architect Ph. Tappert on behalf of the master shoemaker Georg Schein. After the reunification in 1989, the half-timbered house was extensively renovated by the Riedinger family as part of the monument protection. The space The living space stretches over 2 levels. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room with dining table, bathroom with shower and sauna. On the upper floor is the bedroom with sofa bed, TV, table with armchair, bedroom with 90*200 bed, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and dressing room.
