The space About this space: Three bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse with a large 4 car driveway. 15 minute walk to Main Street or a 3 minute car ride. Plaza across the street offers a deli/convenient store, Chinese/sushi, pizzeria and wine/liquor. Main street offers a myriad of coffee shops, unique shopping boutiques, exceptional cuisine such as Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Italian, Mediterranean, soul food, afghan, Turkish, salad bars, healthy options, Mexican, Roundhouse restaurant, wine bars, dive bars, nightlife, hair salons, breweries, day spa, facials, massage, hiking, biking! Just a 10 minute walk to the train station/DIA museum. The loop bus stop is a 5 minute walk on the way to the train. Uber and Lyft available to get around town. This townhouse is cozy enough to just relax and have some private time yet close enough to all the action! Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a unique personal code for entry. Security features: Cameras located in the front and back of property to ensure your safety. Fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, first aid kit, fire extinguisher. No pets, smoking indoors, loud music or parties. Please remove shoes upon entering as to keep the carpets fresh and clean. No loud music after 9pm or parties due to close proximity neighbors Guest access Entire house except basement, washer/dryer, downstairs closet and master bedroom closet Other things to note There will be no access to washer and dryer. We have a few laundry options: Poplin is an app for wash/dry and fold for pickup and delivery. Leave laundry outside near the door for pickup, laundry bags are provided by us!
