You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful home on Lake Hartwell! Our home can sleep 12 comfortably. Spend your mornings enjoying time outside on one of the many porches. Enjoy afternoons in the sun on our covered dock with plenty of water for swimming, and spend your evenings unwinding watching TV or playing games indoors! PATHWAY TO DOCK: The pathway to our dock is around 250ft and it is a simple walk down a pebbled path DOCK: Our dock is a double decker with plenty of seating. BOAT SLIP NOT AVAILABLE The Owners keep their boat in the boat slip. You are welcome to tie your boat up to the side. WATER LEVELS: As of February 27, 2026 there is 5 ft of water directly off of the dock LAKECRAFT: We have two paddle boards that are located on the dock LIFE JACKETS: 2 adult universals 2 youth
