The space Everything is included in your stay!! Parking The long driveway fits 2 cars comfortably. Overflow parking is available at the front of the property. Between the two areas, you can park up to 4 cars. Street parking is not available. Outdoor Amenities Enjoy stunning lake views from the dock or back porch! We do not offer refunds for low water levels or county burn bans limiting fire pit use. Off season for the lake is Oct-April and water levels are unpredictable. Guest access Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Guests can access 100% of the space. Please keep in mind our friendly neighbors are close and full time residents so please observe quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM for outdoor activities and loud indoor activities. Access to hot tub and kayaks is included. The indoor fireplace is non-functional and not for guest use. Other things to note Belle Isle is a small, close-knit community that generously welcomes short-term rentals. Within 15 minutes of local dining, grocery stores, Pinnacle Golf Course and Purtis Creek State Park. 35 minutes from Canton First Monday Trade Days. Please be respectful by parking only in the driveway—no street parking or parking along neighbors' property lines. Watch out for slow speed limits and children/golf carts/bikers using the neighborhood streets. Also, be mindful of noise levels, as many of our friendly neighbors are full-time residents who cherish the peaceful lake atmosphere. This is a rural area and it is not uncommon for wild life and neighborhood dogs to wander on and off the property. This home utilizes a Minut Noise Monitor after 10 PM to ensure there are no noise disturbances to neighbors after quiet hours.
